What is covered under the warranty?

• Any defect in functionality or appearance of the product caused during the manufacturing process. This must be reported before signing the product health confirmation sheet upon delivery.

• Internal frame breakage or issues with joints, including wooden, metal, or hardware connections. These cases are subject to evaluation by the company’s expert.

• Deformation or sinking of the seating area due to a technical fault (minor ripples or dents caused by the natural properties of materials such as fabric may be visible even at the time of purchase. This is common in all Foam Mobal Honar products and is not covered under warranty).

What is not covered or will void the warranty?

• Signs of misuse, improper use, or use in a non-residential environment.

• Damage resulting from not following the assembly instructions.

• Improper maintenance or failure to follow care guidelines.

• Any alterations or repairs not performed by us.

• Normal wear and tear, including surface scratches and small chips.

• General wear, including stains, heavy soiling, abrasion, tears, burns, accidental damage, and natural settling or flattening of internal cushions.

• Color transfer from non-colorfast materials such as plastics, fabrics, and clothing (including jeans and blankets), damage or peeling of product finish caused by contact with hair and body care products or cosmetics like tanning lotions.

• Fading, cracking, or splitting of wood as part of the natural process due to weather conditions.

• Cracks in the wood caused by drastic changes in room humidity or direct heat sources (such as air conditioners or radiators).

• Exposure to heat, moisture, liquids, and improper cleaning products.

• Color changes due to light (sunlight).

• Damage caused by sharp, hot, or wet objects.

• Environmental effects such as excessive dryness, humidity, light, and unfavorable temperatures.

• Damage or stains caused by pets or heat sources.
